out to dry
Behind trunk, stem & stone
Stars
wavering, waltzing
on the iris' balcony arches
glittering through austral, wincing glee
Light
landing, aging
x-ray of veins, leafy marrow and pore
Heat
caressing, muffling
warm as the womb
where the heavens were born
